Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant is listed as doubtful for Game 4 of the first-round series against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday.

Morant injured his left hip after falling with 3:15 left in the first half of Thursday's Game 3. He missed two free throws, left the game, and did not return. He was seen using crutches during the second half.

Memphis was leading 67-40 when Morant got hurt. The Grizzlies later lost 114-108 and now trail 3-0 in the series.

Morant was trailing on a fast break when Scotty Pippen Jr. threw a behind-the-back pass. As Morant tried to go up with the ball, Oklahoma City's Luguentz Dort stopped suddenly and made contact with him, causing the fall.

"I was running fast, stopped, and didn’t know he was behind me," Dort said after the game. "I slipped and tried to make a play on the ball, but we ran into each other. I hope he's OK. I didn't mean for it to happen."

Morant, 25, had an MRI exam on Friday. He scored 15 points and had five assists before leaving Game 3. He is averaging 18.3 points and 5.0 assists in the series.

Memphis guard Luke Kennard (Achilles) is listed as questionable.
